Our Zone pack is designed to be used in the field for long day hikes and light overnights. It is built in 1000d Cordura and 1050 Ballistic Nylon and comes with 1/2″ wide and 17″ long 7075 T6 aluminum stays. It has a zippered top lid with a zippered top pocket, and zip mesh pocket on the underside of the lid. There is a full length front pocket that is a flat/bellow pocket with a side zip access…absolutely flat when not being used, yet able to bellow out when loaded with gear. There are now flat/bellow side pockets with zip access. There is also the option of having PALS webbing on the sides instead of the flat/bellow pockets. That would be 7 rows and 4 channels of PALS. There is a single dual adjust compression strap that is removable. The back panel is 1050d Ballistic Nylon with dual density foam. There are wide contoured shoulder straps, with lifter straps, along with a bladder hose port. The top and bottom of the pack have tab loops for mounting our Pods or lashing gear. On the inside of the bag there is a bladder sleeve, and also 2 tab loops with common loops at the top to attach our Coupler Pockets. The Zone Pack with the flat/bellow pockets all around the perimeter negate the need to have to buy extra pockets. The Zone Pack with PALS webbing on the sides allows you to run different pocket configurations to meet your needs and requirements.
